Full job description

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft the core product experiences behind our next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the design process across discovery, ideation, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product to shape product direction and drive execution.
  • Bring clarity to complex problems, turning them into seamless user experiences.
  • Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints from the long-term perspective.
  • Contribute to and help improve our design system and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the end-to-end product development process.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Bias for action: Having a strong sense of urgency in delivering outcomes.
  • Move fast without impacting the quality of outcomes.
  • High ownership: You take initiative, bring clarity, and move things forward.
  • Strong UI craft and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong product sense and deep empathy for users.
  • Someone who thrives in hybrid, fast-moving teams.
