Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 500 E Central Ave City: Winter Haven State: Florida Postal Code: 33880 Job Description:

Triages incoming calls from facilities, patients, physician offices, hospitals, pharmacies, and home health. Coordinates new patient appointments and disseminates information based on acuity level. Educates and screens all new patients in preparation for their appointments to ensure their plan of care is appropriate. Navigates patients through their entire plan of care. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products [Required]
  • Customer service and service recovery [Required]
  • Basic insurance knowledge [Required]

Education:

  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

  • 1+ medical office [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$18.55 - $29.68 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
