200 Washington Avenue Extension, Albany, NY, USA | Hourly | 16.00-16.05 per hour $2.00/hour differential on Saturdays and Sundays | Full Time

The Teresian House is currently hiring a Heavy Duty Technician. This opportunity is for Full Time and Part Time, Day and Evening shift's!

Qualified candidates for a Heavy Duty Technician position will have:

  • Ability to follow instructions or directions

  • Some environmental services experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Must know how to use environmental services equipment and products such as hand tools, cleaning chemicals, floor maintenance materials and powered equipment.

  • Must be familiar with standard procedures used during the execution of assigned duties and the cleaning of an isolation or biologically hazardous area.

  • Ability to perform tasks with due consideration for the patients in the vicinity.
