Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities. The ideal candidate will work with 480 volts and must possess the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and conducting reliability studies. Experience with equipment breakdown and repair is essential, as well as familiarity with a CMMS maintenance system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.

• Perform reliability studies to ensure equipment efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.

• Utilize a CMMS maintenance system effectively.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work with 480 volts.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.

• Familiarity with industrial maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and Fanuc robots.

• Proficiency in using multimeters.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Allen Bradley systems.

• Knowledge of union environments and automotive facilities.

Work Environment

The position is located in a union plant within a fast-paced automotive/Just In Time facility. The role is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM. The facility is clean but non-climate controlled.

This is a Permanent position based out of Spring Hill, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $76960.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
