POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources intern will support the HR team in a variety of administrative and operational functions. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in key HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR systems, compensation, benefits, and compliance, while offering exposure to real-world HR practices in a professional environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provides administrative and operational support to the Lifecycle Services and Total Rewards teams

Support onboarding and orientation for new hires

Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
-
Complete commissioning software data entry and uploads
-
Monitor and respond to email inquiries for both the Lifecycle Services and Total Rewards teams, routing when appropriate

Process written employee personnel changes

Assist with onboarding and offboarding audits

Participate in HR Projects and department initiatives, as assigned

Maintain confidentiality while handling of sensitive employee information and company records

Provide timely and professional customer service to internal employees
QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing an degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred

Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred, but not required
