  • Maintain the Company’s insurance policy inventory by tracking policy receipt, documenting key policy details in the master insurance database, and maintaining organized electronic records in the shared drive and eDocs.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of newly onboarded vendors across multiple Lowe’s platforms; collect and organize Certificates of Insurance (COIs), vendor contact information, and supporting risk documentation.
  • Support third-party COI requests and serve as backup coverage for the insurance department mailbox, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders and insurance partners as needed.
  • Research, analyze, and prepare supporting materials for insurance underwriting meetings and renewal presentations.
  • Support administration of Lowe’s corporate bond program and serve as backup for bond-related activities, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Perform ad hoc risk, insurance, financial, and exposure analyses to support risk management initiatives and business decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing insurance, exposure, and financial data; utilize advanced Excel capabilities to reconcile, analyze, and report complex datasets.
