Insight Global is hiring an ERP Transformation Program Manager to sit fully remote, in the United States. The perfect candidate will be expected to lead the planning, execution, governance, and value realization of a complex transformation, aligning business, IT, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders around integrated delivery, organizational readiness, and measurable modernization outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

  • 10 + years of program or project management experience

  • 7 + years leading large ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and at least 3 full implementations

  • Experience leading ERP programs through governance, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and transition to support

  • Experience managing Systems Integrators, vendor performance, SOW alignment, and executive stakeholders

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP implementation lifecycles and PMO governance models

  • Experience in RAID management, change control, stage gates, testing governance, data migration, and cutover readiness • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience across Financials, PPM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, integrations, reporting, and security design

  • Experience in professional services, engineering, or construction environments and with AI-enabled business transformation and advanced analytics
