Our Electrical Products portfolio includes technologies such as circuit breakers, electrical panels, and switchgear that help customers safely distribute and manage electrical power. Across our manufacturing network, our teams optimize production processes, strengthen supply chains, uphold quality standards, and drive operational excellence to ensure these technologies are delivered safely, efficiently, and reliably to customers across the U.S.

We are seeking new graduates to join the two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program with our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The start date is early January 2027. This program will require you to relocate for four, six-month rotations. Potential rotation locations include Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Pendergrass, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; and Pomona, CA .

This program offers new grads the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of manufacturing while exploring different career paths and discovering their professional north star. Participants build technical and professional skills through meaningful assignments, mentorship, networking, and development opportunities designed to accelerate their manufacturing careers and prepare them for a fulfilling and dynamic future at one of our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products plants.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Engaging in diverse projects and processes across four rotations (each 6-months in length) at various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities – each rotation exposes you to a different facet of our manufacturing operations, develops your foundational skills, and provides you with a deeper understanding of our Electrical Products business

  • Improving processes, driving sustainability, and finding the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges

  • Being forward-thinking and challenging peers and senior management to think ahead

  • Striving to exceed targets, fuel business growth, and contribute to customer success

  • Potential rotation experiences include:

  • Manufacturing engineering: managing and enhancing manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, and supervising production, fabrication, and assembly lines

  • Optimizing supply chain operations: overseeing material management, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, production and demand planning, logistics, and master data stewardship

  • Implementing new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations: researching and piloting automation solutions, measuring performance analytics, and systems integration

  • Coordinating and optimizing workflows and leading and supervising teams

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Eligibility Requirement: This Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals beginning their professional careers. Candidates must have completed, or will complete, the required educational credentials prior to the program start date. This program is intended for candidates at an early career stage. Current students seeking an experiential learning opportunity while continuing their studies should consider our internship and co-op programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related programs

  • Available to begin full-time employment in early January 2027

  • A strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through emersion in the manufacturing process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program. Your first rotation will be assigned approximately two to three months before your January start date.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Prior experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology

  • Leadership or cross-functional experience through campus organizations, extracurriculars, or employment
