Job Duties
IDR is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves independently planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering project activities throughout the entire project life cycle, from initiation to handoff. The Project Manager works on projects that are broad in scope, with a focus on achieving objectives on time and within budget, following Mayo Clinic’s project management standards. The position is remote, based in Rochester, MN, with no travel required, and includes equipment provision. This role combines hands-on project execution with strategic oversight and stakeholder management.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals and deadlines.
Coordinate efforts across multiple teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment on project deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with Mayo Clinic project management methodologies and standards.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
7+ years of experience in Project Management supporting medium to large cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
PMP certification is preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery practices and Jira.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

$70 – $72/hour
