The ideal candidate has strong experience managing marketing and digital projects within ClickUp, coordinating website development efforts, supporting conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, and collaborating with creative, marketing, digital, and business teams. Experience managing projects related to new business or location launches is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing, creative, and digital projects simultaneously from planning through execution.

  • Utilize ClickUp to organize projects, prioritize tasks, maintain timelines, and provide visibility into project progress.

  • Partner with marketing, creative, web development, operations, and leadership teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved.

  • Lead project planning meetings, status updates, timeline reviews, and stakeholder communications.

  • Coordinate website development projects, including updates, enhancements, launches, and optimization initiatives.

  • Support and track conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects designed to improve website performance and user experience.

  • Develop project schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to keep deliverables on schedule.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

  • Manage project documentation, workflows, and reporting to maintain organizational consistency.

  • Coordinate activities related to new business or location launches, ensuring marketing, digital, and operational deliverables are completed on time.

  • Monitor project priorities and adjust plans as business needs evolve.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, creative project management, marketing operations, or a related role.

  • Hands-on experience using ClickUp to manage workflows, projects, and team collaboration.

  • Experience supporting marketing teams and overseeing cross-functional marketing initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of website development processes, digital marketing workflows, and project lifecycles.

  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and website performance initiatives.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and quickly establish structure in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting new business openings, location launches, or large-scale marketing rollout initiatives.

  • Exposure to marketing automation, digital analytics, or content management platforms.

  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.

  • Experience working with creative teams, designers, developers, and marketing leadership.
