Remote Behavioral Health Clinician Join a team where your clinical expertise can make a meaningful difference. This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for an independently licensed behavioral health professional who enjoys supporting members with complex mental health and substance use needs. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with providers and coordinate behavioral health and psychosocial services
  • Use Motivational Interviewing to engage members and help reduce clinical risk factors
  • Provide crisis intervention and connect members with appropriate treatment and follow-up care
  • Support members with complex behavioral and physical health needs

Schedule

  • Standard business hours
  • One late day per week until 7:00 PM local time
  • No holidays
  • Preference for candidates residing in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license, such as LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or state equivalent
  • 3+ years of post-master’s direct clinical experience
  • 3+ years working with mental health and substance use disorders
  • 3+ years using Motivational Interviewing
  • Strong technology skills and ability to document while speaking with members

Preferred

  • Crisis intervention experience
  • Managed care or utilization review experience
  • Case management and discharge planning experience

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,095.00 - $116,760.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
