Full job description

Our client, a leading Supply Chain and Logistics organization, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain team supporting Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and Customer Service functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones)

Pay Range: $32/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments utilizing freight, air, ocean, and ground transportation.

  • Manage carrier selection, routing, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.

  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment activities, and supply chain visibility.

  • Maintain shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.

  • Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to optimize logistics operations.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

  • Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, and logistics software.

  • Knowledge of import/export compliance, customs regulations, and Incoterms.

  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
