  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical professional experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP), Splunk Certified Core Consultant/Admin, or equivalent cloud credentials.
  • Ability to build relationships with IT directors, technical decision-makers, and line-of-business stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing competitive technologies to articulate architectural differentiation and drive customer adoption.
  • Prior experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and value-added resellers (VARs) on joint account pursuits.
  • Experience contributing to technical account planning, expansion campaigns, and RFP/RFI proposal responses.
