Full job description
Job Title: GCMS Chemist
Location: Linden, NJ
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8 AM- 4:30 PM M-F
Responsibilities
-
Raw material analysis / testing via GCMS
-
Water content, pH testing, acidity
-
Testing solvents via GCMS for contaminants
-
Equipment troubleshooting
-
Ability to write protocols
-
Ability to work independently
Requirements
-
BS Degree in Chemistry or related science
-
5-10 years experience from a cosmetic, personal care, chemical, or chemistry lab environment

Advanced skills with GCMS (5+ years) and ability to work independently

Analytical testing experience (IR, pH, Viscosity, etc.)
