Full job description

Our client, a growing company in the electrical panel building and automation industry, is seeking dedicated and skilled panel builders and assemblers to join their team. As an integral part of the Wadsworth team, you will contribute to building high-quality electrical panels and supporting project responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Panel Builder/Assembler

Location: Wadsworth, Ohio

Pay Range: $23-$27 per hour

Shift: 8am - 4pm

What's the Job?

  • Review and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to assemble electrical panels accurately.

  • Work independently to build panels from start to finish with minimal supervision.

  • Assist in developing project responsibilities and shop collaterals as needed.

  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the assembly process.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer specifications.

What's Needed?

  • 1-2 years of experience in panel building or electrical component assembly.

  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Customer service orientation with adaptability to evolving project requirements.

  • Your own tools
