Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to bring greater organization, follow-through, and consistency to project work in Orlando, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, aligning stakeholders, and creating clear standards that support timely, high-quality proposals, deliverables, and final reports. The right candidate will help strengthen team accountability, improve workflows, and provide structure across multiple active projects.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination of project submissions, proposal materials, and final reporting packages to keep timelines, expectations, and quality standards on track.

Collect, sort, and maintain information from cross-functional contributors to support the accurate preparation of proposals and project documentation.

Monitor milestones, pending tasks, and key deliverables across several project leads, ensuring follow-up items are visible and progressing.

Create and refine standard operating procedures and practical documentation standards to promote a more consistent approach to project execution.

Evaluate spreadsheet-based tracking methods and suggest more effective workflow practices, tools, and organizational improvements.

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support that helps maintain momentum, clarify ownership, and reinforce accountability.

Review documents for completeness, formatting consistency, and overall presentation quality before final distribution.

Support stronger status visibility for leadership by organizing updates on project progress, responsibilities, and upcoming deadlines.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items across multiple workstreams.

Strong ability to improve processes and develop structured documentation such as SOPs or workflow guidelines.

Advanced Excel and data organization skills, with the ability to manage and present information clearly.

Experience assembling information from multiple stakeholders into organized, usable project documents.

Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail in proofreading, formatting, and document review.

Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent follow-up with project managers and team members.
