Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Regional Contract Lead to join our Dallas, Texas (TX) or Fort Worth, Texas (TX) office! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex issues

  • Review, negotiate, and help resolve contracts for both public and private sector clients

  • Organize and manage contract activities that result in clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issues

  • Coordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and the overall quality of contract reviews

Qualifications

  • 8+years experience in a related role

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates preferred)

  • Knowledge related to reviewing and resolving contracts

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal and external client service

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent follow through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel occasionally to coordinate with corporate counsel and to attend in-house training programs

  • Ability and desire to partner with diverse and dynamic leadership and teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
