Compliance and Regulatory Associate
Adecco is now hiring for a Compliance and Regulatory Associate position for a company in the Culver City, CA area for a temporary to-hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end permitting and licensing process for sorting centers, fulfillment centers, and related logistics facilities
-
Identify, assess, and manage all approvals required to establish and operate facilities, including planning permissions, building and occupancy approvals, business licenses, environmental permits, fire safety approvals, signage permits, and other local operating authorizations

Monitor relevant national, regional, and local regulations affecting warehouse and fulfillment operations, reflecting the source JD’s emphasis on staying current with jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements

Proactively map permit requirements for upcoming sites and develop compliance timelines aligned with construction, readiness, and go-live milestones.

Partner closely with facilities, construction, real estate, and operations teams to ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.

Maintain a centralized tracker for active and planned applications, including submission status, renewal dates, dependencies, and ownership

Prepare and submit filings, renewals, and supporting documentation required to maintain ongoing compliance for operational sites.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across countries and jurisdictions.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in working with regulators, public authorities, and cross-functional business teams.
Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
