Job Description

Digital Practitioner (ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb)) (Whitehouse Station, NJ): Establish onboarding for digital-first, digital assisted, and digital native enterprise operating model across software and systems; Drive with stakeholder teams towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles, including defining technical objectives based on business value drivers, formulating domain mission, translating objectives into squad key results and aligning to product backlog and roadmaps; Provide feedback and lead corrective actions to refine and improve practices; Lead development of practices by leveraging knowledge of insurance, digital first enterprise and agility; Identify and implement industry practices to improve digital first ways of working; Create and execute need-based trainings; Lead improvements in key aspects of digital first operating model such as frameworks, processes, tools and practices; Drive organizational change management activities by hosting sessions; Drive, collaborate and contribute to digital first implementation utilizing hands-on experience with high-medium-low touch approaches to build digital workforce; Enable identification, conversation, and confirmation of prioritized epics, user stories, and other required work product with clear requirements and success/acceptance; Establish and contribute to domain level events to deliver iteratively, with ownership for work that meets business outcomes; Analyze metrics and take corrective actions to achieve key results; Enable execution of a transparent operating model by proactively identifying, documenting and monitoring dependencies, risks and issues, and work with stakeholders to mitigate or resolve; Establish and increase fluency in key methodologies and usage of tools including Agile, Jira, and Mural; and Identify and implement improvement opportunities including process, practices, techniques through forums such as retrospective and continuous feedback. Five (5) years of experience with each of the following skills is required to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Agile principles and methodologies and experience in Agile environment; Change management leadership and guiding teams through new processes; Technical tools including Easy BI, Jira, Mural, and Jenkins; Delivering digital products and driving transformations in the Agile environment; Facilitating and coaching teams; and Experience in business, technology, transformations, product development, and management. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, and at least five (5) years of experience as an Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related occupation. This position may offer limited hybrid flexibility, subject to company approval and in accordance with company policy. Domestic travel to regional office locations (NJ, NY, CT) is required less than 5% of the time. Salary: $160,000-$180,000/year. Please send C.V. to [email protected].
