Full job description

Locations: Burbank, CA and Inglewood, CA (Onsite)

We are seeking a Media Production Engineer to support a fast-paced production and technology environment for a high-profile media and entertainment organization. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support across desktop systems, production technology, networking, endpoint management, and end-user environments.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing endpoints, and supporting users in time-sensitive operational settings. This position works closely with production teams, creative users, and technology stakeholders to ensure critical systems remain operational and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues

  • Support Adobe Creative Cloud, Citrix, and virtual desktop environments

  • Perform device imaging, software deployment, patching, and asset management

  • Manage user accounts and support enterprise technology platforms

  • Support conference room technology and production-related systems

  • Respond to technical incidents and deliver timely resolution

  • Partner with production and technology teams to maintain operational readiness

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Production Support experience

  • Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Experience supporting Citrix and/or VDI environments

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management practices

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting media, entertainment, broadcast, or production environments

  • Experience with Jamf, SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools

  • Experience supporting live production or mission-critical operations

Location & Schedule

We currently have opportunities available in both:

  • Burbank, CA Traditional Monday-Friday studio support environment

  • Inglewood, CA Production operations environment supporting extended and rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Candidates must be able to work onsite and provide exceptional support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Inglewood, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
