- Operate automated and manual test equipment, including data acquisition systems (DAQ), environmental chambers, vibration/shock systems, and measurement transducers.
- Analyze and review test data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Design, develop, and assemble test fixtures for testing applications.
- Monitor project cost, quality, and schedule throughout the testing process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically overseeing approximately 10 projects with 2–3 actively testing at any given time.
- Support larger programs alongside Project Engineers while independently managing smaller projects.
- Work across a variety of testing disciplines and project requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of relevant engineering, testing, laboratory, or technical project experience.
- Hands-on experience working in a testing environment.
- Experience with data acquisition systems (DAQ).
- Ability to work across multiple types of tests and engineering disciplines.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Employer-paid portion of employee-only medical coverage
- 401(k) with a 4% guaranteed employer contribution
- PTO starting at 10 days and increasing with tenure

Why Join This Team
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of engineering projects and see your work move from test planning and setup through execution and customer delivery. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians in a highly collaborative environment where team members support one another and share technical knowledge.
The role offers exposure to a wide variety of testing technologies and industries, including aerospace, space, defense, telecommunications, and advanced manufacturing. As the team continues to grow, there is also room to develop into higher-level engineering, supervisory, and management positions.

Looking forward to your application!
