Aon is looking for soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates to join our Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions, with opportunities across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits and other related areas. You do not need to be an employee benefits expert on day one. Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how Health Solutions colleagues help clients understand what their employees value, manage rising healthcare costs and design smarter, more personalized benefit programs that support employee wellbeing and organizational competitiveness.

What is Health Solutions

Aon's Health Solutions team helps organizations design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs that prioritize health and wellness. As employers compete for talent and manage rising costs, we help them understand what their employees value across different companies, industries and locations. Using those insights, we create smarter, more personalized benefit strategies that help employers care for their people and remain competitive.

What You Will Do

As a Health Solutions colleague, you will build hands-on experience while developing an understanding of how employee needs, healthcare costs, data and client strategy come together to create value. Technology, including AI, analytics tools and shared delivery resources increasingly support routine research and reporting, allowing Health Solutions colleagues to focus earlier on interpretation, creative problem solving and client value.

Explore Health and Wellness Programs

Explore health and wellness programs offered by employers and learn how they are designed, evaluated and improved.

Work with mentors and experienced colleagues to understand how organizations make decisions about employee benefits.

Analyze Data and Build Insight

Use data, analytics and research to help address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and changing employee expectations.

Review information for accuracy, identify patterns and translate findings into clear, practical insight.

Build Client Relationships and Advisory Skills

Create reports, presentations and visuals that explain findings in a clear, helpful and client-ready way.

Participate in client and team discussions with growing confidence, while learning how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.

Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.

Coordinate Projects and Improve How Work Gets Done

Keep systems, files and project information organized so teammates can easily access reliable information.

Support workflows across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits, analytics, operations and other specialist teams.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and support efficient, high-quality client delivery.

The Launch Development Program

Launch is a structured 10-month Early Career development program that combines meaningful work, business learning, professional development and relationship-building across Aon. The program helps you build a strong foundation for a long-term broking and advisory career through:

On-the-job learningwith brokers, client teams, account managers and solution line specialists.

Business and professional developmentin Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, client service, communication, collaboration, problem solving and commercial awareness.

Exposure to data, analytics and technologythat support risk assessment, market analysis, workflow coordination and client-ready recommendations.

Networking, mentorship and coaching opportunitiesto build relationships across Aon and develop your career path.

What Will Help You Succeed and Grow

We are looking for candidates who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. Through the Launch Program, you will continue developing the same skills and capabilities that support a successful Health Solutions and advisory career, including:

An interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service or consulting.

A desire to pursue a career in Health Solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.

Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset, alongside initiative, adaptability and a willingness to contribute as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new tools, internal AI platforms and technology-enabled ways of working.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Initiative and a commitment to continuous learning, growth and professional development.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $63,000 to $80,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon's discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance, various types of leaves of absence, paid time off, including 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 15 days of paid vacation per year, paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance; optional personal insurance policies, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions. Eligibility for benefits is governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
