SECURITY SUPERVISOR – CULTURAL CENTER - 77017

Position: Security Supervisor - 77017

Location: Houston

We are seeking an experienced, professional Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a prestigious and upscale cultural center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a professional, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead security officers during assigned shifts.

  • Monitor access control, CCTV, alarms, and security systems.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming presence for guests, staff, and visitors.

  • Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.

  • Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.

  • Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders.

  • Coordinate with management, employees, vendors, and emergency personnel when necessary.

  • Train, coach, and hold security officers accountable for performance.

  • Ensure proper staffing, punctuality, appearance, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

  • Previous security supervisory experience required.

  • Experience in an upscale, commercial, cultural, hospitality, or high-profile facility preferred.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid security license/guard card as required by state law.

We are looking for a dependable leader who understands that security and exceptional customer service go hand in hand.

Sunday - 3:30pm-11:30pm

Monday - 3:30pm-11:30pm

Tuesday - 3:30pm-11:30pm

Wednesday - 11:30pm-7:30am

Thursday - 11:30pm-7:30am

Friday - OFF

Saturday - OFF
