As a

Senior Learning Lead- NeuroPsychiatry, you will:

Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors consistently implementing results-focused, performance-based, standardized training and development processes. Strategic planning and development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum for use during training classes, POAs and other national/regional/district meetings. Coordination and alignment across the matrix and cross-functional team to ensure all training materials meet the goals and objectives of both Sales and Marketing. Ensure training resources (e.g. materials, workshops, infographics/job aids, etc.) meet all regulatory, legal and compliance requirements for assigned individual projects and initiatives. Deployment and delivery of a curriculum inclusive of key competencies - Selling Skills, Scientific Agility (clinical disease state knowledge, competitor and market landscapes), and Business Analytics. Work with and/or manage external vendors and internal personnel to ensure the successful design and execution of assigned training programs and projects. Assess and analyze the effectiveness of assigned training programs and initiatives utilizing Kirkpatrick Model Leverage the internal Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to design, develop, and deliver engaging adult learning experiences across eLearning, live, and virtual training modalities Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/leverage assets

This is a full-time- contract opportunity.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Minimum of 4-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience required Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles including previous experience leading workshops Focus on MS (Multiple Sclerosis) OR Schizophrenia Highly Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word and AI applications (ChatGPT/MS Co-Pilot) Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements (e.g. Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, various Training Initiatives, etc.)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $80 - $91 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
