City/State Broadway, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Timber Way Health Center is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Broadway, VA!

Hours Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Overview As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site.

Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

• Customer service experience (Preferred)

The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.24 - $30.25 hourly.
