Cushman & Wakefield Services is looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing maintenance team supporting a fast-paced, highly automated operation in North Randall, OH.
This isn’t just another maintenance management job. You’ll have the opportunity to lead people, improve equipment reliability, drive safety, and make a measurable impact on daily operations—while building the experience needed to advance into Maintenance Manager and other leadership opportunities within our organization.
What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you’ll help keep a complex automated operation running safely and reliably while developing the people responsible for maintaining it.
You’ll:

Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, creating a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Lead daily/morning briefings and help prioritize work orders and maintenance activities
-
Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, and automated material-handling equipment
-
Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify issues before they become costly downtime
-
Monitor maintenance performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and uptime
-
Ensure safety procedures, preventative maintenance programs, and compliance standards are being followed
-
Partner with site leadership and other teams to quickly resolve operational challenges
-
Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to help build a strong internal talent pipeline
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a maintenance leader who can lead people and understand the technology behind a highly automated operation.
Required:
-
3+ years of experience leading or supervising maintenance teams
-
Experience maintaining conveyor systems and robotics, or directly overseeing teams responsible for this equipment
-
Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance
-
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-
Either a 4-year degree OR 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 85,000.00 - $100,000.00
