Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Werkstudent (m/w/*) Channel Partner Communications im Bereich Channel Marketing an dem Standort Neuss haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Koordination von Kommunikationsthemen und Artikelvorschlägen für Channel Partner in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Divisionen und internationalen Teams

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung relevanter Inhalte für die Partnerkommunikation

• Pflege und Aktualisierung der EMEA und Asia Channel Marketing News Pages in der externen Kommunikationsplattform (Eloqua)

• Vorbereitung und Übertragung von Content in das bCom-Format für die Darstellung auf der transaktionalen Plattform

• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Sammlung, Strukturierung und Abstimmung von Kommunikationsmaterialien

• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Konsistenz und Aktualität der Inhalte über verschiedene Plattformen und Kommunikationskanäle hinweg

• Unterstützung laufender Kommunikationsprozesse mit Fokus auf Genauigkeit, Timings und Stakeholder-Abstimmung

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Sie sind aktuell an einer Universität oder Hochschule eingeschrieben, idealerweise in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaft, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und haben Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit

• Sie sind in der Lage, strukturiert mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und cross-funktionalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten

• Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel und Word

• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Aufmerksamkeit für Details aus

• Sie können mehrere Aufgaben und Deadlines im Rahmen einer Werkstudententätigkeit effizient koordinieren

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, digitales Content Management, B2B Marketing oder Channel Support

• Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen oder Marketing-Workflow-Tools

• Erfahrung mit Workfront ist ein Plus, aber nicht erforderlich

• Gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Zeitmanagement

• Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Motivation, in einem internationalen Business-Umfeld zu lernen
