Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Escrow Support Processor in Phoenix, AZ!

Pay rate: $ 19.01/hr.

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

Length: 3 months with potential of extension/conversion

Our ideal Escrow Support Processor must be able to:

  • Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving Branches of high-volume processes

  • Communicates information and instructions to escrow Branches and occasionally customers

  • Primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards

  • Receipt in Lender/ Buyer Funds, work closely with Escrow to provide in office support, fulfilling prior to doc conditions, manage HOA demands and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements for this Escrow Support Processor:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Excellent time management and leadership skills

  • Self-starter, problem-solver, and team oriented

  • Escrow processing experience a plus

Pay Details: $19.01 per hour
