Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Bilingual Central Scheduler to join our team in Sanford , United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, procedures, and resources across our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care.

  • Manage and maintain the centralized scheduling system for multi-disciplinary services.

  • Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups using scheduling software

  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to schedule and confirm appointments.

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline scheduling processes

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling tracking system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in scheduling or related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume scheduling

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
