Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Counseling Manager for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will oversee a team responsible for helping patients navigate financial assistance programs, Medicaid enrollment, and other funding resources. The manager will be responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, policy compliance, workflow management, and cross-functional collaboration with care management and social work teams. The ideal candidate is a strong revenue cycle leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can successfully guide teams through operational and system changes, including upcoming EPIC enhancements. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on patient financial access while leading a high-performing team within a large healthcare system.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of Revenue Cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience
  • Strong people management and operational oversight experience
  • Medicaid enrollment/application experience
  • EPIC experience
  • Financial counseling experience within healthcare
  • Experience working with hospital billing or hospital-based revenue cycle operations
  • Knowledge of Financial Assistance programs and Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines
