Operations Processor

This team member will be printing, folding and mailing letter correspondence to customers. These are letters pertaining to the customers escalated complaint that they have with the company, so attention to detail will be critical. Team members may be printing and mailing up to 100 letters per day.

Reliable be at work on time and attention to detail this will be requirements for this role. The role will allow working at a desk where you can sit and stand to do the work required. Majority of the role will be focused on correspondence work. (Print, Fold and Stuff mailing that needs to occur.)

Job Duties:

• Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment

• Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices

• Collect data and prepare related operational reports

• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system

• Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties

• Coordinate projects

• Furnish information to authorized persons

• Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume operations or processing environment

• Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple work responsibilities, shifting priorities, and adapting to changing business needs

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

• Demonstrated reliability in attendance and punctuality

• Strong sense of accountability and professionalism in daily work habits

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
