What we’re looking for:

Position Summary:

Dynamic and results-driven Key Account & Business Development Manager who leads strategic growth initiatives, manages high-value client relationships, and drives Sales Volume, Revenue, and Margin generation. With a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, identifies new opportunities and delivers exceptional client value.

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success.

  • Develop and execute Strategic Customer Key Account Management Plan.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Key Account coordinator for any selected regional or global accounts.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business targets.

  • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve Volume, Margin targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, procurement, supply chain, marketing) to support growth initiatives.

Sales & Strategy

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.

  • Track sales metrics and report performance to senior management.

  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and go-to-market plans .

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Extensive ANZ Market Knowledge, particularly in HPCare, Crop Solutions, and Distributor networks.

  • Technical understanding of complex customer environments.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in key account management and business development in ANZ markets (HPCare, Crop Solutions, Coatings).

  • Sales contract implementation and management.

  • Internal Stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and interpersonal skills.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field.
