Join Sodexo as a Project Manager supporting construction and renovation projects at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Lead budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders while delivering safe, high-quality projects that enhance the campus environment.
About the job
Take ownership of facility-focused construction projects that drive real change. In this role, you'll lead site teams, coordinate resources, and manage timelines while ensuring smooth execution from planning through final delivery keeping safety, quality, and collaboration at the core.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $100130 per year - $129580 per year
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

Understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and technical specifications

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and on-site personnel
Requirements

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Management Experience: 5 years

Related Experience: 3 years
