Job Description

  • Job Title - Laboratory Technician
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: Ellesmere Port
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm OR 2pm to 10pm (with shift allowance)
  • Salary: £24785
  • Industry: I&E

Overview of the role:

  • Working within the Oil sector
  • To prepare & run samples for analysis in accordance with test procedures
  • Record results on Lab software systems
  • Adhere to documented procedures

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in working within a fast paced setting and used to working to procedures. You will also have the following:

  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to learn laboratory procedures
  • Be able to use a computer - word / excel - inputting numbers
  • Full driving license for use in the UK - Desirable
