Full job description

Our client, a leading clinical research organization, is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join their team. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition function supporting hiring teams across clinical and research roles. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a customer-service approach that helps deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Job Title: Clinical Recruiter

Location: Remote, United States

Pay Range: $35-40/hr on W2 (no C2C)

Contract: 6 Months, likely to extend

What's the Job?

  • Own full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer extension across Clinical Research

  • Partner with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor using workforce planning, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to support proactive hiring.

  • Build and maintain qualified, diverse candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and proactive talent engagement.

  • Use metrics, pipeline analytics, and performance data to identify trends, assess hiring risks, and recommend improvements to recruiting outcomes.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required (3+ years preferred).

  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

  • Experience recruiting within a CRO (Contract Research Organization) or Clinical Research environment.

  • Demonstrated success using direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred.
