Position Summary:

As a Dedicated Administrative Clerk for Pyle you will be responsible for checking in drivers and supporting administrative operations at our Dedicated location in Cleveland, OH.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking in Drivers When they return

  • Scanning delivery receipts into the system

  • Processing electronic load tenders (deliveries and pickups) and pushing them to the planning system

  • Regular interaction/coordination with customer

  • Assisting Account Manager with administrative tasks, when needed

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Effective communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment
