Job Description:
Provide Functional Escalation Support to the incident Management Process involving AWS infrastructure or related issues. Provide input and support to JHC Cloud Architecture/ SMEs to the overall AWS Architecture and Design tenets. Compose and leverage AWS CloudFormation templates for utilization. Deploy, test and document development. Automate backup services, including in a hybrid environment.
