The Warehouse Worker II, working under general supervision, is responsible for receiving, delivering, and documenting goods to ensure the University’s materials are handled and distributed correctly.

The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive Fed-Ex, UPS and all outside vendor shipments and packages for distribution throughout the campus while operating state vehicles.

  • Conduct inventory count and enter receiving documentation into the Financial Accounting Management Information System.

  • Store received goods/supplies according to established methods using a forklift.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma

  • Two years of related experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of forklift operations.

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Required Licenses/Certification:

  • May require forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
