Level II Field Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and replacement of Avaya phones with Microsoft Teams phones.

• Lead and coordinate refresh efforts across multiple locations while supporting and directing other technicians.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Avaya and Microsoft Teams phone systems.

• Schedule work, track progress, and provide stakeholder updates.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong Microsoft Teams Phone knowledge.

• Avaya phone system experience preferred.

• Experience performing phone hardware upgrades and installations.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
