Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support production goals. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, manages maintenance personnel, coordinates capital improvement projects, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Capex projects for the facilities.

  • Oversee all preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and relocation of machinery and critical infrastructure assets.

  • Support Facility Operations Directors in maintenance and daily upkeep.

  • Manage administration, scheduling, and training of electrical and mechanical technicians.

  • Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance with all maintenance equipment and practices.

  • Ensure designated buildings, plants, and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support/solutions.

  • Plan and manage equipment and facility spare parts inventory.

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures.

  • Collaborate with building and property management, vendor management, EH&S, and security regarding facilities issues.

  • Establish and maintain an effective facility management program.

  • Assist with the implementation and operation of Building Management System and Facility Management System.

  • Coordinate daily facility maintenance and preventative maintenance.

  • Assist Facilities Operations Directors with development of objectives, strategy, budgets, and plans.

  • Execute annual objectives and establish or modify operating policies as needed.

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and measuring success in maintenance operations

  • Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Industrial skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
