  • Pay rate- $250,000 - $325,000

Company Description

We are partnering with a hedge fund/commodities trading firm focused on technical environmental & energy markets such as carbon cap and trade permits, renewable energy certificates, financial transmission rights, power convergence bidding and renewable fuels credits.

Role Description

This role will be their initial finance hire responsible for overseeing and scaling financial operations (ranging from OMS/PMS to accounting, tax and audit) for all company entities (including funds, gp/manco and various entities including specialized entities for power trading).

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years Big 4 tax / audit experience serving investment fund clients and/or 1-2 years experience in-house at an investment firm or fund administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
