Greet Visitors with friendly and professional demeanorAnswer front desk phones and transfer as necessaryManage the Visitor Management System (ITAR) Create and manage the Facility Calendar of events and visitsOrder food and other supplies for meetings for all departments Create a monthly newsletter involves coordination with department heads Assist with event planning, coordination and executionCreate flyers for various functions as assigned by the HR Manager or General ManagerCreate PowerPoint presentations for various functions as assigned by the HR Manager or General ManagerProcess in-house mail
