  • Drive governance and operating model effectiveness by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, accountability, and engagement models across Data Owners and key supporting partners.

  • Deliver meaningful metrics, reporting, and insights that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, opportunities, and overall data management effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and automation capabilities to improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of data management and governance practices.

  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the GT CDAO through the enhancement of tools, processes, best practices, and service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in data governance, data management, risk management, business transformation, consulting, program management, or related disciplines.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, operating models, data risk management, data product, data quality, metadata management, and regulatory expectations.

  • Demonstrated ability to use technology tools to drive governance and operational outcomes, including advanced Excel, Visio, Alteryx, Power BI, and workflow management platforms. Experience developing dashboards, process documentation, metrics reporting, and executive-level presentations.

  • Experience conducting maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps to improve organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale data strategy, governance, operating model, or transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of financial services regulatory, risk management, and control frameworks.

  • Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agents, or automation technologies to improve and automate governance, reporting, risk management, or data management processes.
