  • Performs other duties as assigned. Resolves customer service issues within guidelines and supports education to clinical staff.
  • Adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting bodies, protecting patient information confidentiality.
  • Follows and enforces safety policies, including the use of PPE, handwashing, and hazardous chemical handling.
  • Manages daily operations, functioning as a resource to team members, solving day-to-day issues, assisting patient flow, and ensuring quality care. Provides effective communication to staff and department administration, including documentation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensures appropriate daily and on-call staffing, managing labor expenses in accordance with the department budget.
  • Oversees resources to ensure there is an appropriate inventory of supplies to support caseload in accordance with the departmental budget.
  • Responsible for overall quality of customer service and patient safety.
  • Actively participates, facilitates, and documents department-approved key process improvement indicators.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to ensure overall employee satisfaction.
  • Completes employee performance reviews according to institutional guidelines, providing constructive feedback to employees as applicable.
  • Assists in teaching new staff and students when assigned.

  • Able to recognize and intervene in potential hazards to patient safety [Required]

  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required] OR

Pay Range:
