Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm MUST be available weekends

Pay Rate: $20.45/hr

Are you passionate about sustainability and looking for a rewarding job where your efforts make a difference every day? Kelly is searching for dedicated Warehouse Recycling Processors to support our eco-friendly mission at our Bolingbrook distribution center.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sorting, cleaning, and processing recyclable materials such as Styrofoam, cardboard, plastic, wood, and metal

Ensuring all materials are processed to meet quality standards—no defects, no load rejections

Staging and loading processed recyclables onto trailers for outbound shipment

Unloading and sorting transfer trucks returning from stores and delivery pads

Keeping work areas safe, clean, and organized

Maintaining accurate records of all processed materials

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for your full shift

Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
