Work Schedule and Shift Requirements

Flexible work schedule during day shift hours only. Position will require some on-site and remote responsibilities. Full-time on-site is available if preferred.

Job Description

The Program Director/Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the organization’s Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP), including completing or overseeing intake assessments, developing and reviewing individualized treatment plans, establishing and documenting medical necessity, and preparing and managing Medicaid/MCO prior authorizations and reauthorizations. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical and service documentation for accuracy and compliance, providing required clinical signatures and oversight, monitoring authorization expirations, assisting with denials and appeals, supporting staff with documentation requirements, and ensuring services remain consistent with treatment plans and applicable Kentucky BHSO and Medicaid requirements. The position will also collaborate closely with operations and billing staff, assist with clinical policies and EHR workflows, maintain required professional credentials, and support the organization during licensing surveys, audits, utilization reviews, and other regulatory activities.
