Ready to grow with a collaborative and supportive team? Apply now! We look forward to getting to know you! We are a full service, AAHA accredited veterinary practice just outside of Middletown, CT. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.

As a member of the VCA team, your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so they will partner with us for the lifelong care of their companion animals.

Essential Skills: Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, goal oriented. • Good communication skills, both written and oral, with a wide range of personalities and cultures • Background in managing service oriented operations. • Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts. • Ability to take information obtained from clients, staff, and other sources, discern that which is credible and assess the hospital and its operation objectively. • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in medical care facility operations management.
