Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer to support one of our largest financial clients AI Observability initiative. This individual will help enhance and expand desktop agents used to discover and report on AI-related components across employee workstations. The role will focus primarily on Windows environments, identifying how AI technologies are being used, gathering system-level data, and helping improve visibility into AI adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong Windows and .NET expertise with a curiosity for AI technologies and how they are implemented within enterprise environments. The role is hybrid, 2-3x a week in Jersey City.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Windows internals

  • Exposure to AI concepts, architectures, or components
  • Experience building or enhancing endpoint, desktop, or workstation-focused applications
  • Ability to understand system components, processes, and device-level architecture
  • Strong troubleshooting and discovery/investigation skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
