Job Description

The Change and Training manager manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for Moody's global operational effectiveness program.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience developing training and change management strategies.
  • Bachelors degree with corporate experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
  • Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods.)
  • Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Excels in navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, evolving business and stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on key deliverables and business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of independently leading change management and adoption efforts, influencing stakeholders across all levels, and driving successful implementation of transformation initiatives with minimal oversight.
