Job Description

Location: Hybrid (onsite 2-3 times a month), more often toward go live in June Hours: 8-5 Interviews: 1 round, 1 hour virtual with Manager and the team Lead

Day to Day Implementation, optimization, testing and maintenance of the behavioral health module within EPIC This analyst will work alongside a Project Manager leading this effort as well as a team lead, another behavioral health analyst, and to Operations Directors, Clinicians, phycologists, psychiatrists, and social workers will be involved in these meetings to truly understand what the team needs. Use their knowledge to consult the team on creating the module framework They are looking for someone know knows options and could provide thought leadership surrounding Behavioral Health Module Implementations. This person will not be owning the build, they want someone who has the knowledge, can do scoping, consult the team, and support the module implementation. A resource on their team has outpatient behavioral health knowledge through acting as a clinician before transitioning to IT, so they need someone with specific Inpatient knowledge.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves: Inpatient behavioral health EPIC implementation experience 4+ years of experience working in EPIC implementations Pluses: ClinDoc experience and Orders experience For ClinDoc, experience includes flowsheets, flowsheet templates, smart tools, navigators, reporting, and CER updates. As for Orders, the candidate should be familiar with updates to orders, order sets, and consult builds. EPIC Cert
